We respect your privacy. Here’s how we handle your data:

How does LogoMob work?
You pay $25. You fill in the brief. We create one logo concept based on your answers. You receive it. No revisions. No feedback rounds. No refunds. It’s raw, it’s real, and it’s yours.
What happens after I pay?
After payment (via Gumroad), you’ll be redirected to a form where you complete your logo brief. Once you submit it, we begin the design process. You’ll get your logo delivered by email.
How long does it take?
It might take an hour. It might take three months. We work through each order one at a time. There are no deadlines. But delivery is guaranteed — eventually.
What file formats will I receive?
You’ll receive your logo in all standard formats: .AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF, .PNG, .JPG. High-res, ready for print, screen, or tattoos (your call).
Can I ask for changes?
Nope. What you get is what we made — like a tattoo from an artist who doesn’t repeat strokes. You either wear it or you don’t.
Do I own the logo?
Absolutely. Once it’s delivered, you have full commercial rights. Modify it, trademark it, burn it into wood — it’s yours.
I didn’t get my logo yet. What do I do?
If it’s been a while and you haven’t received anything, check your spam. Still nothing? Reach out to us at contact@logomob.net and we’ll check your file’s status in the vault.
What if I forgot to fill in the brief?
Your project is on hold until the brief is complete. No brief, no logo. No refund either. It’s the street code.
Can I see examples of past work?
Sure — check out The Vault. We showcase anonymous samples of delivered logos to give you a taste of the mob’s style.

3. How We Store It
Your form submission is stored securely in our email inbox and form database.
We do not share, sell, or rent your data.
Access to this information is restricted to the LogoMob creator only.
4. Email Communication
You may receive automated or manual emails related to your order.
We do not send marketing emails or newsletters at this stage.

5. Third Parties
We use:
Gumroad for payment processing (see their privacy policy here)
Elementor Pro Forms to collect your logo brief
These services are compliant with GDPR and follow best practices for user data security.
